Relax & Nature is primarily for Alette Kremtz, certified expert in Osteopathy & Physiotherapy, and Frank Schulze, certified expert on manual therapy as well as Dorn- & Shockwaves-Therapy.

Due to many years of practical experience, we are able to find a solution to your problem by treating not only the symptoms but also the cause.
We help beyond the mere treatment of pain & show you how to overcome permanently your physical pain. We do support you during the rehabilitation process and together we will create a good basis for a pain-free future.

We and our team are all qualified physiotherapists or manual therapists, who are also recognized by the German health insurance. Therefore, we offer both rehabilitation & treatment programs as well as Wellness & Nail Care.

OUR SPA & THERAPY CENTRE

Our main therapy centre is located in the wellness area of SBH Costa Calma Palace.

Inside the wellness area we offer fully equiped SPA, including sauna and sea-salted indoor swimming pool. Furthermore you will find a fitness area for beginners and advanced level, as well as our therapy & cosmetic area.
